1” High Purity Virgin PTFE, Cleanroom Class 1000 Air Operated Diaphragm Pump has a very high chemical resistance, low particle counts and reduced chance of metallic ion contamination. Pump designed for the safe transfer of highly aggressive, corrosive chemicals in manufacturing processes in a clean room conditions. Pump design reduce the chance of dangerous chemical leakage. Construction utilize heavy duty reinforcement plates, fully bolted body and machined liquid mating surfaces. Short stroke operation of the pump minimize fluid pulsation. Stall-free operation due to unique, patented Looped C® Air Spool with Ekonol® Seal Rings and fully independent Pilot Valves. 100% oil and grease lubrication free mechanism, offering clean, emissions free, environmentally friendly operation. Easily maintainable with modular replaceable wear parts, outside accessible Air Spool and manual Spool Reset Switch. Pump is shipped complete with PVC Legs, Rubber Feet, Air Inlet Shutoff Valve and Internal Exhaust Silencer as standard accessories. Designed and manufactured in Japan.
