1 1/2″ Conductive PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride – Kynar®) ATEX certified AODD pump with high chemical resistance. Used to transfer highly corrosive fluids in explosive environments. Pump specifically designed for very tough and demanding liquid transfer applications. Heavy Duty mechanically actuated shifting mechanism with non-centering coil spring assisted Air Spools. Will resist stalling and freezing in all conditions. Able to achieve high flow rates and high discharge heads reliability and efficiently. Ball Check Valves with large solids handling ability. Fully bolted body, heavy weight construction and wide sturdy steel base. Manufactured from high grade reinforced engineering plastics for mechanical strength, rigidity, abrasion resistance and chemical stability. Double external exhaust ports. Oil and grease lubrication free. Easily maintainable with modular replaceable wear parts and outside accessible Air Spools. Pump is shipped complete with a Heavy Duty Steel Base, Rubber Feet, Air Inlet Shutoff Valve and two Plastic External Mufflers as standard accessories. Designed and manufactured in Japan.
