HIGH PRESSURE PUMPS

High Pressure Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps are often used in filter press applications, or when operating against very high back pressures, or very long discharge lines. High Pressure AODD pumps can easily transfer highly viscous liquids or solid laden slurries.

YTS High Pressure 2:1 pumps are designed for applications where very high liquid discharge pressures are required to overcome system requirements.

High discharge pressures are achieved by utilizing twice the surface area (air pressure driving both diaphragms) to double the liquid discharge pressure output. Flow rate of a 2:1 High Pressure pneumatic pump is halved compared to the standard 1:1 pressure ratio pump.

Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Cast Iron pumps in sizes 1 1/2″, 2″ and 3″ can achieve maximum discharge pressure of 17 bar.

Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Cast Iron pumps in sizes 3/4″ and 1″ can achieve maximum discharge pressure of 14 bar.
